I was seen by Dr Uncles before my operation. I was very nervous having gone through major heart surgery in 2014. He put me at my ease, described the procedure and made me feel that everything would go smoothly, as it did.

I was very anxious about my op as I also have chronic pain syndrome. Dr uncles took the time need to dispel my fears ,telling me what pain relief he would use.he was gentle and kind.i couldn't have asked for more.

Excellent mannerism and interpersonal skills,his procedures explained and risks involved were easily understood including post operative care.

He came to see me before my operation and told me exactly what he would be doing and he put me at ease straight away felt completely safe in his hands, every thing was quick and fuss free. Would recommend to anyone. Big thanks Carol Da Costclarke

Dr Uncles made time to visit the Ward pre operation & was excellent in talking through each step just before I was anaesthatised.
He put me at ease with his friendly / conversational approach & that was greatly appreciated.

I am a specialist Anaesthetist with interests in Obstetric, Ambulatory and Inpatient anaesthesia. I employ a variety of anaesthetic techniques including general or regional anaesthesia, although I often use them in combination to optimise and enhance patients' peri and post-operative experience.
I am dedicated to putting the patient first through the provision of safe and reassuring care delivered in conjunction with my colleagues and associates.
I was present at the inauguration of the Helsinki Declaration in June 2010. This enshrines the values essential to the promotion of the highest professional and safety standards expected of anaesthetists. It is my hope to match or even exceed the expectations of patients who place their trust in me.
